We provide person centred care to individuals with but not limited to: Multiple Sclerosis, People with blindness, Helping with Palliative care, Learning & Physical disabilities, Convalescence & Palliative care, Long term specialised home care, Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s disease, Sitting service and family support, Carers to enable them to take a break, Mental health and challenging behaviour, Helping the elderly to enjoy life at home, Respite care-relief for family members who are regular, We support children from 9-18 years with challenging needs in a residential setting and support them with all needs. We provide these services to all types of people but have particular expertise in supporting people with multiple Sclerosis, Supported living and other debilitating illnesses.
